Integration Strategy and Culture
Refers to the development of strategies and organizational culture that can easily integrate in order to achieve objectives.
Integreating strategy and culture within our organization is fundamental for us. We need to create a culture which encourages employees to adapt to changing conditions, this way our organization can react easily to change and even better, work in a preventive rather than reactive way.
We plan to do this by empowering our employees and being flexible in some aspects. Nevertheless we need to be rigid in other aspects in order to promote responsibility. In our industry it is very important to arrive early but perhaps we could be flexible in dress-code.
The result we expect from the generation of this culture is a better work environment, having satisfied employees and therefore achieving organizational goals easier.
As our organization doesn’t exist yet, we still don’t have defined cultural products such as specific language or rites.
