Before we start the process of hiring, we would publish a job description profile in order to start looking for candidates. As soon as we get candidates for the job, we proceed to and interview in order to know about the employee and for them to get know about the oganization. When the employee is hired, we proceed to negociate the job offered to make sure it is under our Budget. Lastly we will perform a training according to the área, then we will evaluate the performance and make sure that everything is working properly.

All these complaints or suggestions will be collected by the supervisor who would be responsible for taking the necessary measures and find the quickest solution based on the objectives of the organization.

Financial Control: We’re going to have a control by checking the accuracy of the income statement and the balance sheet every semester, and be compared in order to analize the earnings and verify the efficiency of the choosen financial policies and reestablishing them if they are not working properly, Also Confirming that the financial goals are being achieved in relation to the company’s mission

Inventory Control: For a total inventory control the organization will have an employee who will receive the inventory and this will have to fill out a sheet specifying the number of books that arrive from each publishing house , the state in which they arrive and if any problem occurs the product must be returned, and writing the observations of the return

Rewards: To control the prizes or bonuses to employees , it is important to verify through internal evaluations their work and whether it meets the objectives established by the Company such as performance , timeliness and effectiveness when developing the work, this information is vital to know the performance of each employee and thus to award the prizes or bonuses.
